The service was canceled by our system
Refunds are given as account balance, not cash, unless required by law.
No refunds for:
Orders that were delivered successfully
Partial delivery
Orders placed with incorrect usernames or links
Delays caused by social media platform updates
Services marked “Non-Refundable”
Some services include refill guarantees (as shown in description). Refill requests must be made within the stated period.
Chargebacks or disputes without contacting support may result in account suspension.
